What you'll learn

A four-month program — an intensive taught foundation plus a supervised practical phase — that turns business-literate trainees into a Business Manager who can run the commercial and operational side of a company end-to-end.

  • Keep a company's books — double-entry, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and a budget.
  • Run core HR — job descriptions, recruitment and onboarding, a performance cycle and a pay structure.
  • Author governance documents — an employee handbook, key policies and a customer Terms of Service.
  • Own the sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, value-based pitching, objection handling, closing and account growth.
  • Develop a marketing strategy — positioning, funnel, and a costed multi-channel campaign with KPIs.
  • Operate as a Business Manager — a weekly/quarterly operating rhythm, KPIs, risk and timeline control, clear reporting.

The functions you'll master

Every exercise is applied to one running case company — a services SME you effectively 'manage' end-to-end.
